European Union — Free shipping on orders over €300; below that, shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery within 3-6 working days with FedEx, with no customs duties.
United Kingdom, United States and the rest of the world — Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and there is no free-shipping threshold outside the European Union. Delivery is unpredictable because of customs clearance, usually 10-14 days, and any duties are payable by the recipient.
Returns
You may return any unworn item within 14 days of delivery. Return cost is calculated from the parcel and your postcode.
In busy periods, such as Christmas and sale, delivery times are adjusted by the carrier.
